Sunday’s Meatloaf

“good bye summer, hello autumn”

This is the meatloaf I made on Sunday. I usually make my grandmothers version, which is totally different from your typical meatloaf; I will save that one for another day. I looked in my refrigerator to see what I had and this is what I came up with. I hope you like it!

  • 2 pounds of meatloaf
  • 2 packages of dry onion mix
  • ketchup, to taste
  • Italian dressing, to taste
  • 1/2 mozzarella ball, sliced
  • pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bacon

Heat oven to 350

Mix all ingrediants together until blended. Spread meat in a baking pan, put the pieces of mozzarella in the middle, fold and shape into a loaf. Drizzle more ketchup on top of loaf. Wrap bacon around loaf.

Bake about 45 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
