Stefanie’s “go to chicken” with a twist

So I decided to make my “go to chicken” but I wanted to do something different with it. As I was putting it in the oven it came to me, I took it out and I added a can of fire roasted tomatoes and fresh mushrooms. The next question was, what should I make for the side dishes? I had leftover polenta that Ronnie will eat, and I made pasta with butter (a Mama recipe), and a tomato and mozzarella salad. Since my granddaughters were here the pasta and butter would be for them. I decided to put the tomato and mozzarella salad over the pasta, it was so yummy.

    Like the mozzarella and tomato salad plus the butter an macaroni it sounds yummy ! U no me with the dark chicken lol but I’m sure ur family enjoyed it !
