“it’s the simple things… that make life so beautiful”

Another great Sunday spent with my family. It was a day filled with good food, fun times and family that we haven’t seen in years; yet when we get together it’s like no time has passed. We had a great visit with our nephew and his family from Minnesota, and we look forward to his next visit.

So first thing I think of is what I will make for Sunday dinner. I want it to be a simple meal so I can enjoy the company. I decide on pasta salads, hot dogs and hamburgers. I marinated some chicken thighs, and I added a corn salad, taco salad, dips, chips and two desserts; I guess it wasn’t that simple. It was another enjoyable Sunday in the summer!
