“you can’t be sad when holding a blondie”
I found this recipe on Pinterest about 10 years ago, and tweaked it till it became my own. This is my most requested dessert. No matter where I go people want me to make these. When my daughter Logan was in college this was a weekly request. She calls them the “ooey gooey blondies”.
- 2 boxes of while cake mix
- 1/2 cup of canola oil
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 bag of chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together , add chips and sprinkles
Pour into sprayed baking dish and add more sprinkles on top . Bake 350 ° for 25 – 40 minutes or less time if you like them gooey .
