Stefanie’s “go to chicken”

“memories are made when gathering around the table”

This chicken recipe is my favorite dish to make when I have a lot of people over or if I don’t know what to make during the week. It’s quick and easy and it always comes out good. You can use any kind of chicken. I prefer chicken thighs with the bone and skin. And I always use fresh parsley.

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • handful of fresh parsley
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
  • olive oil

Heat oven to 350°

Place chicken in a casserole pan. Add minced garlic, seasoning and parsley then drizzle oil over chicken. This recipe is plenty for the three of us and we can look forward to leftovers!

Bake for 1 hour or until the skin is brown and crispy .
