“make today amazing”

Today is a very quiet Sunday. It will be only be Ronnie and me for dinner. We wanted today to be like any other Sunday. So when I got up I made a “gravy” with meatballs, and Ronnie prepared the garlic bread. For dessert, we kept it simple, banana splits. While the gravy and meatballs were simmering, I went on my daily walk, worked on the puzzle, and just tried to keep busy. It’s a good time to slow down and appreciate all the beautiful things in your life. I haven’t seen my daughter, Aleksandra and her family, or my son, Jonathyn and his wife in 2 weeks. I miss them all so much. I do know that staying away is the only way to keep everyone safe.
