The Best Corn on the Cob, Ever!

When I first got married I decided to make corn on the cob. I thought all you had to do is boil it for a long time, boy was I wrong! I guess I didn’t pay much attention to my parents when they cooked because I didn’t have a clue. I finally found a recipe that was so easy that I laughed at myself for thinking that I had to boil it forever.

There were only five of us at Sunday dinner today so I made 6 ears of corn and broke them in half. Bring water to a boil, turn off heat, add about 1/4 cup of lemon juice, and a 1/4 cup of sugar ( you can use more or less), I put the corn in the water cover it and let it sit until it’s time for dinner. That’s it. Wait until you taste how delicious it comes out.
