“raindrops keep falling on my head”

Since Thanksgiving is late this year, I decided to get my Christmas tree today. I figured I would put it up today and decorate it on Friday. Last Christmas Ronnie surprised me and took me to the perfect place to buy the tree, Ebenezer Tree Farm, Scituate Rhode Island. We took Nyla with us and we had a wonderful time, it was like a Hallmark Christmas movie . We had hot chocolate, chopped down the tree and took pictures on the sleigh, Nyla had the time of her life. This year the whole family was going to go, but the weather didn’t cooperate; we had torrential rain.

So instead we had a quiet day at home, the girls made slime, I made pizza, meatballs, sauce, pasta and a salad. Isaiah went to the local bakery and bought dessert, and we got to watch football the whole day. Life doesn’t get better than this.
