Christmas is truly the most wonderful time of year. It’s the season for giving, spending time with family, and enjoying all the traditions. Christmas Eve is all about the 7 fishes, the one night that everyone looks forward to. We start with shrimp cocktail, stuffed mushrooms with crab meat, shrimply devine, snail salad, then on to baked stuffed shrimp, clams casino, spaghetti and clams, and my sister made Bacalao casserole; for dessert we had an assortment of cookies. The girls had a nice surprise from Santa before he had to deliver the gifts; it is such a magical night for everyone.
