Isaiah’s Ribs

“live for the moments you can’t put into words”

Since Ronnie was helping Jonathyn build the fence, my son-in-law Isaiah made the ribs. They came out delicious! My kids will help out any chance they get. I’ve been blessed with these amazing kids.

  • 2 racks of ribs
  • olive oil
  • brown sugar
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, to taste
  • spicy garlic cajun seasoning to taste
  • dry mustard to taste
  • barbecue sauce, your favorite kind

Rub the ribs with olive oil and the dry ingredients.

Wrap them in tin foil and cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours on 250°. Finish cooking them on the grill, brush the barbecue sauce all over them, cook them on medium heat for another 20 to 30 minutes.
